rPET Flake
Our rPET flake comes from our approved suppliers, and is manufactured from post-consumer & post-industrial recycled PET bottles. We purchase hot washed clear flakes and work closely with our suppliers to ensure all supply is of top quality and to our exacting specifications
rPET Colour Sorting
At Pakway, we have invested in the latest colour sorting and separation technology based on flexible optical sorters. Our machine can sort up to 2 tonnes of PET flake per hour. The process is quick and cost effective resulting in little down time and the need for manual resources continually checking quality of the raw materials.
rPET Extrusion
With over 30 years’ experience in the rPET extruded sheet industry, Pakway is an up and coming innovative and quality driven company, partnering thermoforming organisations in the UK and Europe. Our expanding plant is able to produce over 800 tonnes of high quality rPET sheet, saving around 1200 tonnes go CO2 every month
